This is a super easy go to meal for those busy weeknights. Put it all together and have it ready to pop in the oven whenever you are. This is actually a meal my roommates and I would make in college. That tells you just how easy it is!
I am not a fan of raw meat, so the ready made rotisseries are a life saver for me. Pull the chicken off the bone and it's ready to go! Combine it with the rest of the ingredients and dinner is almost ready!

Chicken Pot Pie
by Love Bug Living
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
Meat from a rotisserie chicken
1 refrigerated pie crust
Combine soup, veggies, and chicken in a oven safe baking dish. Unroll your pie crust and place on top of your baking dish. Cut holes or slits in the pie crust to vent. You could also use a mini cookie cutter to cut your holes add a little fun. (You can either cut off the extra crust or if leaving it on, cover with foil after baking for 15 minutes.) Bake at 450 for 40 minutes or until golden brown.
Best potpie recipe ever! Easy and the whole family LOVES it!
