Right now I feel like I'm getting a bit antsy. I get that way sometimes. What I really need is something to focus on. A goal to work towards. So now I'm checking my options and looking for a race to sign up for. Running is a great challenge that gives me a sense of accomplishment when I'm done. It doesn't have to be long or extremely challenging, just getting out there for the day is sometimes enough. Other days I want to really challenge myself and push my limits. There's a Spartan Race for everyone out there with different levels of challenges. They have races all over the country as well, but the next one closest to me is in Miami on April 12th & 13th at Oleta River State Park.
